Yes fellaz I actually know them and can sometimes get one or more of them phone in a month.Destiny has a way and reason for things happening the way that they do and I for sure wouldnt change one single solitary thing…. ABC: Where did the name Lady Lux come from and what is the meaning behind
the name if there is one that is?
LL: Lady Lux is short for Ladies of luxury. We wanted a name with class as well as a spiritual foundation since we couldn’t keep our original name, Affinity. We consider it a luxury to wake up everyday and do what we love!

ABC: Where are yall from and how did this meeting of melodies come together?
LL: Britt is a native Houstonian, Dot is from Fort Worth, TX and Amaris grew up in Leesville, LA…we are all former Houston Rocket Power dancers and that’s where we all met! We realized we could be stronger together than separately and the rest is history!

ABC:If you could pick two genre’s of music to merger together and define your sound, what would they be and why?
LL: We would have to say R & B and Pop because of our different tones. Britt has a raspy, soulful sounding voice that lends itself to R & B, Amaris has a clear, straight, make you want to sing along voice that lends itself more to pop and Dot’s rap swag can go either way whether it be soft and sexy or demanding and edgy!

ABC:Is there a message that you would like your fans to come away with when the listen to your music?
LL:We want our fans to feel like they just; left music therapy when they listen to our music…whether they went in wanting to laugh or cry or get a sense of independence back into their lives, our music opens the channels for those feelings to be expressed and embraced.

ABC:I understand that you three have been through a few management and label deals. Who are you currently working with and whats different?
LL:We are currently working with Star Factory Productions and the biggest difference is the amount of time and energy that they have put into our project! We are grateful!

ABC:When looking for your equal, what traits do you look for and out of
those traits which one is the most important to you and why?
Amaris: A RELATIONSHIP with Jesus Christ, great personality, driven…the first one is the most important because if you have that foundation you’ll know how to treat a woman.
Dot: Co-sign with Amaris, a relationship with Christ! If you know my king then you will treat me like a queen! Also, be considerate, compassionate, intelligent, but with a little thug in him and have a fun personality!
Brittny:I’m definitely co signing with Dot and Am.A relationship with Christ is a absolute must! im a free spirit so I love an open, spontaneous man. I also like a macho man! lol. Thoughtful and passionate,yet rugged and strong! He should also be educated, family oriented, and funny

ABC: Is anybody single? If so, how should a gentleman approach you in order for them to take you out. If you are not single tell these lovely readers what does it take to keep you. (I mean shit, I probably speak for most guys when i say its easier to meet then to keep. LOL)
Amaris: Doing you and supporting me in what I do will keep you around…
Dot: I’m so funny acting, I don’t know, LOL!
Brittny: Im single. Keeping me means keeping it 100! Im very honest and will keep it very real so having an open line of communication is important! We have to continuously hold eachother down as well.

ABC:Lets say for a moment that you girls had celebrity girlfriends. Who would they be and why?
Amaris: Alicia Keys, Sara Jessica Parker, Halle Berry, Julia Roberts, Catherine Heigel, Reese Witherspoon, Cameron Diaz…because of their wisdom and great personalities!!!
Dot: That’s such a hard question! Friends is a big word, and celeb is just so groupie sounding! So, I choose my besties that I already have! LOL! I do admire several celebs for their work but you never know who they truly are!
Brittny: hmm..well I LOVE Rihanna’s individuality and free spirit nature. She just does HER and whatever she feels! Just like myself! Alicia Keys for her humanitarianism and activistism. She stands for something! Beyonce because shes private yet such a diva! Last, Kendra Wilkinson! lol..shes so funny, warm, CRAZY, likes to have a good time and a total sweetheart.

ABC:Sex sells, what do you think is the sexiest part of your body and why do you think that that particular part is the sexiest?
Amaris: Ummmmm does personality count lol!
Dot: Ummmm.. My smile, is that sexy?!
Brittny: I think thats a matter of opinion from others. I guess I have nice eyes..lol.I love my curves as well!

ABC:If you were on a 24 hr flight and the airline only allowed one item per passenger, what would you bring and why?
Amaris: A pillow…keep it real 24hrs is a looooong flight! LOL! Ok, ok, ok! An ipod:)
Dot: Tylenol PM!!!
Brittny: Im gonna have to cosign with Dot. im a sleeper..tylenol pm!

ABC:Is there anything you would like to say to your critics, fans, supporters and peers?
