Opinion: Desiree Rogers

Since those people were able to crash White House and party a lot of heat has come down on White House Social Secretary, Desiree Rogers. I can see why. Why would you change a long standing policy of having someone from your staff at every entrance to the White House? I have seen it many times before, over confidence. In my career I have came across a lot of this type of behavior. Wanting so bad to a part of the very thing you are suppose to working leaves a lot of room for mistakes and a bad event. If you are in charge and you attend these events, who is going to make sure that your staff is doing what they are suppose to be doing?

I dont care what type of job you have, when a employee knows that their supervisor will be otherwise occupied they are not going to work as hard. I dont blame her , I mean who wouldnt want to be a part of all these historic firsts that The Obama Administration is having? People are also saying that she is outshadowing the First Lady. I dont see that and if Mrs. Obama felt that way im sure it wouldnt happen.

I would like there to be a single transparent public investigation so that The American people can understand how two nobodys where able to breach The Secret Service’s defenses. I say single because do we really need everybody to waste time and money  investigating the same thing. President Obama you should let Mrs. Rogers testify or at least be questioned publicly.

Just my two cents? What do yall think?

Check out Mrs. Rogers
