PSA: World Aids Day 2009

As I sit here and write this it saddens to think that a disease is running rampant because we as human beings can not practice restraint. Drug abusers and those that indulge in risky sexual behavior share one thing, lack of self control. We humans think that we can control everything up to and including the entire Earth itself, yet we put ourselves at risk because we have cant have safe sex or go without a unnatural high.

If we stopped having sex for two weeks worldwide and every sexually active person got tested we could probably destroy this menace of the world. If intervenious drugs were not so easy to obtain that would also slow the march of this global epidemic.

Fellaz I know how good it feels to be inside that wet wet the way the way we came into this world, naked. Why do we gamble with our lives? Is pussy really worth not seeing your parents, siblings, children and friends? Why through a lifetime for one good time? I am by no means saying not to have sex, Im just saying be smart and protect yourself.
Ladies, you are the gate keeper of all sexual activity. If you required every dude to wear protection, I’d bet the house that if a man had to chose between a condom and no sex at all he would chose condom 99.8% of time. I wouldnt think you would want to mess with that .2%. So if accommodating someone elses needs above the safety of yourself is worth more than your life carry on. There are some of you who just dont like condoms, I understand that… but not everyone should have that option/privilege.

To those who use drugs, I am not judging you because the good Lord knows that I have my vices. If you are going to use these type of narcotics that require you use a needle use your drugs safely and do not share your needles. I think you should get help and kick the shit all together, but like I said Im not judging. There are also numerous groups that give out clean needles to those in need.

The one thing that GOD gives all of us equally is free will. We can do anything that we want whether its safe or not. Does it amaze anyone else that AIDS/HIV for most part can infect us because of that free will that GOD gave us. The common cold and flu enter our bodies not because any one choice that we make. Think about that for a moment.

Opinion: Value your Vagina

I can recall my mother telling me on numorous occassions, “Boy cut off those damn lights I aint made of money.” I can also remember my mom getting upset with me when I didnt drive her car the way she thought it should be driven. You probably wondering what does this have to do with the title of this post? Well, the point I think my mom was trying to make is that I didnt fully appreciate shit because it wasn’t my money being spent.

The same can be said about relationships. Im going to let the ladies in on something. If you have sex with a dude too soon after first meeting that gentleman you will probably either be put in the peace of ass catergory and/or  the quality of any relationship that may occur  will not be as good as it could have been. The reason is as simple as the reason I drove my mother’s car wrecklessly, I DIDNT WORK FOR IT.

Think about it in any context. Anything that you yourself work for or work towards is held in a higher regard than something that can easily be obtained. So if a dude dont have to put in work he going treat that vagina and you like a borrowed/rented car. As a side note, if you havent taken the time out to get to know someone well before engaging in sex or a relationship what else will you have to fall back on besides sex?  I mean if thats all you want so be it. I aint knocking nobody for nothing. Just pointing out something.

So ladies value your vagina.

News: Size 4 model: I was fired for being too fat

If you asked people at random to describe Filippa Hamilton in a word, you’d hear a lot of synonyms for “gorgeous.” What you wouldn’t hear is “fat.” And yet the 5-foot-10-inch, 120-pound model says that is essentially why she was fired by Ralph Lauren after eight years with the fashion designer. “They said I couldn’t fit in their clothes anymore,” the size 4 stunner told TODAY’s Ann Curry Wednesday in New York. Hamilton said that Lauren wrote a letter to her agent saying, “We’re terminating your services because you don’t fit into the sample clothes that you need to wear.”

“We consider her an important part of our imaging and branding,” the designer said in a statement to the media. “We regret that our relationship has ended as a result of her inability to meet the obligations under her contract with us.”  Hamilton denied not meeting her obligations to a company that she called her second family.

“I did everything that I could. I was very loyal to them. I was on time every time,” Hamilton told Curry. The 23-year-old Swedish-French model, who had been working for Lauren since she was 15, told Curry that Ralph Lauren fired her in April through her agency. She said she had no intention of going public with her complaint, but changed her mind when a Photoshopped image of her in a mall in Japan showed up on the Internet site BoingBoing.com.

Heavy Heart

They say that there is someone for everyone. Is that true or is it something that was made up to make those who cant seem find anyone that they care about feel better? It is also said that it is better to Love and lose then to not love at all. Do you wonder if the person who coined this phrase had experienced the draining of their heart when the one they love(d) no longer feels the same way or do you think that that person would like to revise their thoughts?

You can not chose who you like and/or love. Its one the many obstacles in life that man kind struggles to control. I wrote before about a young lady from High School whom I let slip through my fingers.

Story: Diamond in the Rough, open letter to…

Funny Story, I recently came back into contact with someone I knew from high school. She was a friend who use to stay in my hood and went school. I always thought that this young lady was cute and very nice, but like most other stupid boys instead of looking at what really matters I messed with the young ladies with more assets. I was given numerous chances to make my move if you will. No not the move of sexual activity because she was not that type of chick, but the move of getting to know a really sweet person.

Fast forward a few years ago and I run into her mother who tells me that her daughter is going to college out of state amongst other great things. I also hear rumors around the block that she has really grown into herself and is drop dead fine.

Scandal: Letterman says wife "horribly hurt" by sex scandal

Comedian David Letterman said on Monday his wife has been “horribly hurt” by revelations of his sexual affairs exposed in an extortion plot against him and he apologized to staff of his popular late-night talk show.

The host of “Late Show with David Letterman” said in the taping of his Monday show that he will try to patch things up with Regina, whom he married in March after dating for more than 20 years. The two have a 5-year-old son, Harry.

“She has been horribly hurt by my behavior, and when something happens like that, if you hurt a person and it’s your responsibility, you try to fix it,” Letterman told audiences, according to a statement from his company, Worldwide Pants.

“And at that point, there’s only two things that can happen: either you’re going to make some progress and get it fixed, or you’re going to fall short and perhaps not get it fixed, so let me tell you folks, I got my work cut out for me.” annnd thennn
